About

I have spent my career at the intersection of states and markets, teaching, living, working, and studying in Toronto, London, Paris, Geneva, Washington, New York, San Francisco, and Palo Alto. I am a corporate and securities lawyer licensed in the Province of Ontario. I am also a final year Ph.D. Candidate at the University of Toronto's Department of Political Science studying global corporate tax governance. I have previously taught law and international political economy at Stanford Law School and the University of Toronto's Trinity College, and am an expert in international economic law, policy, and politics with a particular focus on global corporate taxation, international trade regulation, international investment law, securities law, and LGBTIQ2S+ rights.
